The two wolves approach the cave that leads out to the market and Andy is there to intercept them. Now, to be fair, the girl just wants to stir the pot a little since she has been struggling with several things in her life. With her sister dragging her into a scheme to run away and her request to move up to Trader rank… well her mind is just fit to burst. While Azure does encourage an attack on sight mentality for pirates, the girl is also aware that the red boy had nothing to do with the raid on their lands.
Yes, Andy wants to cause some trouble, share a few barbed words and maybe follow the two boys around the market while exchanging insults but that is it. All in all, it was just for fun. The red boy trades verbal insults, and his words cause the purple girl to laugh. Just as she is about to offer some well-placed words, his companion speaks up. Were the girl’s jabs with the red boy had been subtle, their corners more rounded, the purple male’s words are sharpened into points and drip venom.
Andy had not looked at the purple boy, saving her words for the pirate alone and she would have willingly allowed the boy entrance into the market since it is not her place to question friendships. His words hit like a physical slap across her face and, as she turns her pale blue eyes to him, the girl finds something dark lurking in his gaze. The surprise that lingered in her eyes morphs into anger and she opens her mouth to offer a retort against the boy’s rude behavior, when her father appears.
Knowing that she has over stepped, Andy snaps her mouth shut and bows her head slightly. Bear intercepts her, ushering her away from the scene and she shoots the purple boy a hard glare. Turning her gaze to the red boy, she lifts an eyebrow in curiosity, her gaze softening into something close to humor. While her father speaks, the girl retreats to the safety of their lands to allow her father and nephew to deal with the pair. She hopes never to see the purple boy again but she would gladly have a verbal spar with the red boy some other time.
Andy has an Eastern Chanting Goshawk named Aquila and two Snow Leopards named Leo and Gemini. They are always nearby.
