There's a First Time for Everything

Terra’s recovery has been a long, rocky road with a few minor setbacks along the way. It was frustrating to her that she had not be able to get around as she liked and, because she refused to listen to her body, it had taken her leg even longer to heal. But she has healed and, during every set back, Lotus was there. They have grown close and the earthen-hued wolf does not like to stray far from his side.

That is why she close to his side as they arrive at the meeting area, almost attached to him as they find a seat and settle in. Seating herself, Terra presses lightly into his side as turns her emerald gaze to look around at all the unfamiliar faces around her. Heart thunders in her breast and she swallows past the fear that forms a lump in her throat. She is part of a pack now and it is difficult for the girl who had grown up by herself, in a cave, to be around so many others. Leaning further into Lotus, the woman draws strength from him while turning her eyes to the purple wolf who had called the meeting while hoping this will be over quickly.
