As he drew in her scent and her touch, he was mildly surprised by her words. He lifted his head to look at her, but was quickly subdued by her nuzzles and soft kisses. He felt his spine shiver, his heart racing and hammering against his chest. Never before had he been with a woman. As embarrassing as it would be to admit out loud, but it was nobody's business either. Claire knew, of course. He had no secrets to hide from her. She was his soulmate, after all. "Are...you sure?" He murmured, eyes closing against her touch. He was met with a quiet murmur, and that was all that was needed. While he was sure of his decision, he waited for her. Always waited for her to tell him when she was ready. And it seemed tonight would be the night where they'd further become one.

He gently nuzzled into her neck. Nibbled gently at her chin. Her ear. Her neck...he drank her in, slowly, surely. He gave her every opportunity to change her mind, but she didn't back away nor ask him to stop. If she did, he'd back off immediately...but he knew that she was sure about it. The pair were intertwined. Always had been. And tonight? Tonight was just them. Beneath the stars. He let himself get lost in the motions. Allowing her to lead if she so chose.
