Hidden Gem

The patrols around the Redwater Rocks were fairly uneventful usually, especially the ones in the evening when most of the world was asleep, but he knew they still needed to be done just for the pack's security so he was happy to do them without question. He did at least like bringing someone along with him just to help pass the time and help keep him focused on the task at hand and the wolf in question this time around was Maverick. He liked hanging out with the Empress' husband to be since they had pretty similar situations happening for them with their engagements to their respective Klein women.As they made their way around the fringes of the rocks, he slowed and squinted out into the desert at what looked like some kind of pond with palm trees surrounding it. "Have you been out that way before?" he questioned, nodding out toward what looked like some kind of oasis. It was far enough out that he wasn't entirely sure of what he was looking at, but close enough that it made him curious.
