Salt soaked

Morganna's quilled tail waved happily as her brother splashed closer, she was mindful to not whack him with it too hard as he stopped by her side in the shin deep water. "I wanna go out there, check out the big puddle." She gestured with a tip of her nose towards the sandy ring. With the tide currently low, they shouldn't have to go too far out, right? "See, i'looks like theres no waves, an' the white birds look like they are fishing. Might be good snacks!" She attempted to tempt her brother to join her. They'd just have to be brave enough to get past the choppy waves first... and then hope the tide hadn't come in before they headed back home...
