At some point in the tangle of bodies, something had gone awry for Medusa. She had put herself in this position on the ground many times, but with Viscera's talons having a good grip on her, plus his weight bearing down on her, she felt her limbs shaking from the effort of trying to throw his weight off. On top of that, Umbra's attempt at knocking the larger wolf off of her had not gone as planned. The shadow cougar had been tripped up by Nox who had also tried to run in at the same time, and the cougar was sent rolling straight into Medusa, effectively knocking her away until the both of them were a tangled heap.
When the dust began to settle, Medusa conceded the fight. She could feel the bleeding wound where Viscera's talons had been torn away, and the Wraith shook herself as she stood. "Medusa submits. Viscera wins. He is free," She states as she settles on her haunches to take at least a little of the weight off her stinging limbs. "Viscera fought good! Medusa hopes to do it again!" She winked at him before motioning for him to go. He had put up a pretty good fight. He definitely earned it.
"Speech!"
