Change things up?

Once Kotori had thought up the idea of creating his own pack there had been no force he could imagine that would stop his dreams.  There had been bumps along the way but never once had he doubted himself.  He’d also never imagined choosing to step down.  Being in charge had felt like the ultimate goal but there was something else he wanted to do now.  Kotori’s lip curved in a smirk with that old whisper of arrogance stating he’d obtain whatever the hell he wanted.
 
Kotori had only lost what he wanted once but that was enough to ensure he didn’t screw up again.  Besides, he had once enjoyed roaming boreas when he was younger, seeing new things, and learning as he went.  With Ochi, he would get to see new sights again and this time with a beautiful lady with him.  

Kotori made his way towards Asla, the wolf he most trusted to care for his pack.  His older sister had cared for the pack for short periods of time when he’d gone to visit the hallows and he was confident she could care for it a longer span of time.  However, this was a bigger favor than the normal he was asking for.  

Kotori gave a small nod of his head in greeting to his sister, “Asla, I need to ask a favor of you.” If she didn’t want to take over the pack then what?  Hopefully, he wouldn’t have to consider that.
