The raid is actually happening. Excitement rolls off the young Andromeda in waves as the raiding party silently approaches the chain of islands. She looks to her father, waiting for his signal to move forward and, when it is given, the girl falls into place slightly behind him. The group runs past the scent markers without a second thought and Sirius releases the challenging call to the Raiders leader.

Andy’s heart leaps into her throat with anticipation at she realizes that this is actually happening. The black leather of her armor and thorn wrappings has been oiled until it shines and the blue sapphire in her chest armor has been polished. She is not nervous as they hit the main land and the group spreads out in search of opponents; Andy came to do battle and she is ready.
