She had the jump on the woman! Feeling the recoil of her opponent sliding backward as their shoulders slammed together, she didn't relent. Scraping her own paws against the ground to ensure Medusa would hopefully topple over, Bramble only eased when she noticed Medusa falling back onto her haunches. That had probably been her first mistake. That breath of room between them allowed Medusa to leap forward. She could only see the top of Medusa's head aiming straight for her jaw. She was in for a lot of pain if she didn't move fast. Gritting her teeth together, Bramble leaned back onto her hind paws and spun so that she was perpendicular to Medusa. As her front paws thud upon the ground, she feels Medusa bash somewhere between her side and shoulder. A pained grunt lets go from her lips as she moves to retaliate. Twisting her head back toward Medusa, she opened her jaws and aimed to grab ahold of Medusa's scruff or somewhere on the neck and slightly behind her ear. Bramble vs Medusa for Spar
