Time here had flew without waiting on the life of others. Sharpness of winter became the warmth of spring. Blooming flowers now displayed their beautiful petals to the world the moment heat opened the door to summer. And, before all could register what was to be a long and dreadful season, fall swept in to cool everything down. There was no answer to any question the world may have had in those moments. Regardless of the fact, life would continue on with not even a single thought to stop.

Hanmel took her precious moments throughout these various months to adjust to the new lands. Since the storms which drifted her and her siblings here had passed, there was no other choice. She needed to heal. To scout out the area and better prepare herself for the meeting she knew would soon take place. How long since the last she'd seen her dear brothers? Eraithus and Neracu? At one point they were inseparable. Their parents ensuring that family stuck together. Literally. So there was no breaking of their bonds. For awhile, she truly missed her mothers. River in particular. Because of her, Mel was who she'd become today.

Ocean gaze looking down at the flowing mass of a river's current. Ensuring that she looked her best. Not a piece of fur out of place. Not so long ago, Eraithus scent drifted from just off of the banks path. Leading to an open field just on the other side. If not further down the traveling waters. The markings of others nearly clogged up her senses. Nose flaring with high distaste at such a stench that she nearly coughed out in anguish. Even when their parents would do it, Mel found herself turning away to rid herself of the sight. Knowing that it was necessary in order to warn off lone and dangerous wolves. Why did it have to be so strong?

Her small frame stood. Venturing along the edge and towards where she last scented her brother's familiar musk. Of course she wouldn't just waltz over onto their lands. No matter how much the idea made her smile in a mischievous manner. Tail swaying away above her rump with a light bounce to her steps. Hanmel came to stop just short of where a worn path seemed to form. Checking if anyone so happen to be within sight before letting out a bark of sorts.

"Anyone hoooommmmmeeeeeee?"

"Hanmel Zanthus"
