His hooves miss their mark, his teeth grabbing the leather instead of flesh. He tosses his head back as his gaze quickly follows her. She ends up perpendicular to him, and her antler manages to stab at his side, leaving a small gash beneath his rib. He kicks toward her head with a hind hoof, hoping that'll deter her and force her away just before he spins around and rushes at her, The stallions charges at his opponent, looking to keep her sort of close as he lashes out once again with his hooves, head thrashing back and forth. If he was lucky, maybe his heavy head would knock her side ways or disorient her. On his back, Idu leaps over his head and seeks to land on the she-wolf, hands looking to grab her antlers and yank her head back like a rider on a bull.

This was his home! He swore to defend it, and he'd be damned if he let these heathens steal his lambs! He had put great effort and care into raising and watching over them. He'd fight through hell and back to keep them safe. And of course, for the wolves that offered him a home and treated him as one of their own. He doubted these attackers would do the same, but he didn't know. They didn't seem the peaceful sort, that much was certain.
