He didn't care who she was. Didn't care what her motives were. As of today, she was an enemy plain and simple. She came to steal what didn't belong to them. Didn't care that they were trying to take all the hard work the wolves of Avalon had done. Didn't care how it might possibly affect his pack. She didn't deserve his kindness...and he never thought he'd have thoughts like that. Not with all that his uncle had taught him. But even his uncle wasn't happy about the situation and was fighting as fiercely as he could in his old age. So perhaps this was warranted.

He struck her muzzle, obsidian teeth meeting flesh. But at the same time, her own jaws sought to hook upon his own. He panicked for a moment. He hadn't been in a situation like this before, so he quickly released her and thrashed his head, hoping to knock her head this time. As she rose, he rose, and the monochrome boy threw his forelegs around her shoulders, seeking to slam his paws down upon them in an effort to subdue her. His hind legs spread a bit apart to help his balance, and he grunted as her claws scratched the surface of his skin. Irritating, to say the least.
