Bane's nose wrinkled and he sniffed back his tears, done crying, his attention turning to the just arrived healer and giving a sad blink. Loccian, such a good she-wolf, Bane muttering out a correction about the information told to Maverick. "Loccian, after all I've been through do you honestly think I would kill a pup, let alone one of mine? I didn't even get an honest look at Alena, only her friend. I should have said more about what happened over there but no, damage done, I've dug the hole too deep." Bane sniffed and gave a crack of his neck when being sentenced by his chief with a firm clenching of his eyes.... remembering... reflecting. Time to get over with. Judgement has been given. The Talutah wolf's fighting days were over, all the scars acquired over the years were tally marks, tally marks leading to a total where it just wasn't possible to fight back. Perhaps Maverick knew and saw this inability, perhaps he didn't.
He lay down in the snow with shaking legs an dazed gleam in his eye. "Do it Chief, I deserve it. I was dead the moment Rancor let me go. Dead the moment he probably saved you and your siblings lives. I came here because Rancor let me go. You are your fathers son Maverick. Your doing well. Just one thing... don't let Tahlia go out their all by herself. Let her stay." Bane shifted to look at Loccian, his words sincere, demeanor downcast and beaten. "Help take care of the pups for me Loccian and... could you not watch this... I don't want memory of this to be remembered when you see my family again, letting it effect how you treat them. Besides, your too clean to help me after this..." The Talutah wolf glared at Maverick, and spoke one final time. "I am the male I always was and will be, a lost breed. Consider this a final lesson, the word Talutah means bloody moon. Kind of fitting, I'm the last of the tribe, and, well, you can see where I'm metaphorically going with what I'm saying." Bane relaxed and awaited the maiming, his right side laying in the snow. "And... just like when I fought your father, be sure to let go when I stop moving if you put your jaws around my neck."
OOC NOTE: you may power play, Bane won't struggle much, remove an eye, gash his body a few times, and for irony's sake choke him unconscious when your done.
