His frustration was very obviously directed towards himself and not her but that didn’t stop Venom from feeling somewhat responsible for the way his life had turned out. His words said that what she gave him should have been enough for him, and maybe it should have but she wished that she could give him more. She remained quiet as he spoke, allowing him to work through his thought process because she could add nothing to help him in that moment.

Chimera’s genes were strong, he was a true Klein and as such he was made to rule over those who were weaker than him. Venom could not find it in herself to concede those attributes.
