speedy paws

After a light breakfast, Clove had cleaned herself up and left the castle walls behind. She had an objective in mind, one that would be fun and useful for her to practice. Making her way into the starlit plains, she searched the territory for a stretch of land that was relatively flat. She only needed a stretch about a quarter mile long. Once she found an area that was satisfactory, she went to work on removing some of the debris in the pathway.

It took some time, but Clove cleared it out and set two sticks as markers at each end of the strip. Nodding to herself and feeling accomplished, Clove tipped her head back and called for someone to come and race her!
