But when he suddenly felt the release in his shoulder, he immediately flattened his ears and narrowed his eyes- tensing the muscles in his face as he prepared for the next strike. As the sudden hit to his face occurred, he flexed his toes into the ground and shoved with the brunt of his weight with the intent of trying to gain the upper hand in their frantic grapple- ideally with his attacker on the ground.
