He'd brought her to the mountain. He'd done as he promised. The viking king didn't really know where to go from here, but he really should be figuring it out. Things had changed so much, in the years since they'd last been in the same place at the same time. In the years since Tove had been in his employ, but more than that. Things had changed. Víðarr was engaged now, and he hasn't admitted that to Tove yet. All things in time. He's still worried she'd try to throw herself from a cliff once more.

The viking king sought her out on a blustery afternoon, the sun already beginning to slip low towards the horizon. Tracking her scent, though the wind was making things a bit more challenging. That's okay, he likes a challenge. The viking king moved carefully over the ground, gaze curious and clear. Bright. He would find her, he was fairly sure, just around the next corner. Well, it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. It was the space that it looked like she'd claimed as her own. "Tove?" He called out instead, figuring it just better to ask for her than skulk around.
