The other woman responds well to the battle challenge, at least. She snarls, and cackles, and Bylgja laughs in delight, her eyes sparkling with a wonderfully happy light-- the raw, unhidden delight of success. This will be a fight to remember, and Bylgja doesn't even care if she wins or loses. It's the fight that matters. It's the action. As the other woman grabbed at her scruff and scored a hit, Bylgja reacted quickly, bracing herself down for a moment before surging upward, howling in delight -- "Hah! Is glorious fight!"
As she sought to throw the woman bodily off of her, using superior weight. There was no malice, even as the woman scratched her leg, just the raw, thoughtless joy and delight of a battle at hand. Her tail was wagging. Here was a fighter who met another fighter, and Bylgja was not at all concerned with the dramatics beyond the action, the rush of form and function. "Glory!" |
