We Can't Just Chuck It Away, IT'S CHEESE! It Needs Eating!

Tarnish's tail twitched as he waited, trying to keep his breathing slow and even despite his heart hammering away in his chest. The lizard peeped out again and Tarnish pounced, just missing it. He felt its tail slide between his toes as it slipped back into its hole. Aww man! His ears perked up as he heard someone approach and he turned to see a yearling raider he didn't quite recognize. "A lizard! They're so fast." He glanced at the other wolf. "My names Tarnish, by the way. What about yours? Do you hunt around here much?" Maybe he could get a few pointers. He wanted to hunt lizards and fish and birds and all kinds of creatures!
