A pain that runs deep

When she raised her head, he let out a slow breath, trying to calm his erratic pulse. He looked down at her duel toned eyes, and knew why he was putting his heart on the line. She had changed him into something that would be unrecognisable to his lost family, but he couldn't find it in him to care anymore. She was worth it. 


When she didn't disagree, he felt a smile start to form on his own muzzle. "I don't know what that would entail, but whatever it is, I want to build it with you, Delphi." He told her. There had been plenty of times while knowing her that he had hated her, wanted to hurt her. He had also wanted to help her and work with her. Honestly, he was crazy about her. He was probably just crazy in general.
