One Step At A Time

Seere watches as the woman cowers before her, tail tucked beneath her body as she pressed to the ground. While the monochrome woman had been told about this behavior beforehand, it still causes the slightly smaller woman’s ears to flatten against her skull in a sign of sadness. The whimper hadn’t helped her young heart either and she offers Chesna a gentle smile.

She does not step over the threshold because she has not yet been invited so she slowly begins to speak from her position outside the den, “My name is Seere. My aunt, Venom, has asked me to help you with your English. Is it okay if I show you what I have planned to help with that?” The smile that Seere wears is genuine and warm while her mismatched eyes glitter with kindness as she looks at Chesna, hoping that the woman does not mind her intrusion.
