How to make your mother....

Her mom wasn't nearly fast enough. Blind or not, Tani was good at what she did. Or at least if she had to say so. She could smell something new. Something floral. She wanted to know that one!

Probably much to her mother's dismay. Lilac colored flowers in her maw already as she felt a paw collide with her and knock her away and on her side. Her haws clenched tight on her prize though. She wasn't willing to give it up. How else did they expect her to learn what it was?

Her little antlered head turned to her mom with the evidence already in her mouth. Her tongue partially out as she did her best to quickly taste it before she was foiled. Little flowers were left in the wake of her abuse of the herb. But as a young girl she didn't know the delicate nature of this one or the way to properly handle it.

This one tasted different. And then her blind eyes turned in the direction of where her mom should be, ears perked. Waiting for a shout of its name. She didn't feel any weird effects yet. Weird.
