Working hard? Or hardly working?

Kotori had work to do, part of which was checking on his pack members and seeing what they had been doing in his absence.  Had they accomplished anything?  Learning or teaching, gaining knowledge or creating anything useful for the good of the pack or betterment of themselves?  Kotori saw little need to keep useless lazy wolves in the pack after all.

The sun was amazingly out today but between the chill still in the air and the snow on the ground there was no forgetting it was deep winter.  Kotori jogged through their territory, eyes skimming for his wolves, looking to see how they were spending their time.

When he spotted Strix he made his way towards his Tuhota.  The position was one that only noble-ranked master fighters could obtain and that meant it was for wolves who could shoulder responsibilities.  Had Strix been living up to his role?  Time to see what he was up to.
