Strai tilted his head and studied Spider critically. That had been… a pretty decent jump. As much as he’d realised the idea of spooking Spider, he hadn’t expected them to react quite so strongly. His expression turned into a squint as Spider continued to act shifty. He trotted closer to the black wolf, brushing past them to look into the water below. He didn’t see anything.
He looked back at Spider. “What are you hiding?” He asked, voice serious. He and Spider might be friends now, but that didn’t mean Strai trusted easily, and Spider was acting extremely shifty and unlike themselves. Normally they were the bubbly bright one.
