Young Merlin had expressed enthusiastic interest in hunting and also in caring for the sheep, and she already had a tentative mentor in mind for him for those. He also, however, was interested in crafting things like armor, which was beyond her skills at least and she didn't know if anyone else in the pack had enough skill to teach it either. She'd have to ask around, or potentially contract someone to teach him, something she didn't mind at all and felt would benefit the youths to have knowledge from outside the pack anyway. She'd think about it some more. In the meantime, however, she could get started with him on the things she could teach. Raising her muzzle, she called out for him to join her on the range.
