Cal studies the dead reptile with mild interest. What could she harvest from it for herself? Her attention is drawn to Jael as the smaller woman offers that her father should help carry it out. A smile draws on her lips as she gives a firm nod. "Yes, he shoul' prolly know of this," she adds on before turning toward the building. Lifting her chin, the pup lets out a howl that is both loud and echoing through the concrete of the empty pool. When she turns back to Jael, she looks around at the muck and mess they stand in. "So, what're you doin' in here?" Cal asks. Perhaps she had more of her dad's curious than she knew.
