Mud bath, wether you like it or not

although she’s glad the rains have subsided, the ground is now a veritable nightmare for El, who prides herself on her perpetually pristine coat and cannot even fathom dirtying oneself on purpose. stepping lightly over a particularly gruesome puddle, the girl looks out at this kingdom of muck in dismay, mouth working as she considers her options. she can’t exactly grow wings and fly, and Daddy isn’t around to scoop her up and carry her away…which settles it, really.

sniffing, Elara sits down on a dry patch and glares stubbornly into the distance. she’ll just have to sit still and wait for everything to dry up so she can go home. it might take a while, but she’d rather wait it out then risk getting..ugh…dirty.
