Today, Kaino took Absinth and Ely out into the world. Perhaps it could be seen as the fae becoming more familiar with her packmates, but really, Kai just wanted to kill something. While traveling and patrolling, the lavender and silver fae had sniffed out the faint traces of a tiger. A tiger skin would be perfect for the communal sleeping space. Picking her way around the Sound, Kai soon came upon the trail of the big cat. As soon as they found the trail, a growl up ahead let the ladies know that they were on the right track. "Don't die," Kai purred to the other two, then broke away to prepare their enemy for battle.

The cat was pressed up against the mountainside, but Kaino easily harried it until the tiger was out in the open. Lithe and quick, it was easy to dart in, take a snap and dart out again. Kai bit onto the end of the tiger's tail and danced along the Sound as it spun, trying to swipe at her. It was all great fun and the woman's mint and ice eyes sparkled with mirth.
