It was high time he officially told Gil of the pups he had stashed away on the other island. Granted, he had no clue if Gil and the others knew already, after all, Ig decided to "hide" them on pack turf, though he wasn't even really trying to hide them, either. He had been focused on looking after these pups, and the best way for him to do that was to keep him as close as he could and not on the other side of the water, obviously. If the others did already notice, surely there were questions. Though he figured he would've been confronted and hounded about it by now, but nobody had. Either they had enough sense to leave the aging man be, or they were too busy with their own things. If nobody had discovered the pups yet, it was only a matter of time. After all, it would be increasingly more difficult to keep four growing pups hidden, especially when they began to wander the pack lands.

Might as well rip the bandaid off now, and he trusted Gil. He didn't think the Raider king would be against the pups. The pack could use more raiders...and Ignis had a feeling these kids would do alright here. Seeking him out, Ignis called Gil from wherever he might be, the tone in his voice betraying he had an urgent matter to discuss.
