Diggin up bones

Crafting required supplies and supplies often required travel. Nelu finished his chores then called to his companions before heading out of the castle. He wasn't going far, just south a little into the Fossil Ridge where strange and unique bones and rocks could be found. He was hoping to make a necklace or other decoration with Samiri's help. She clung to his back as usual while Aster flew ahead and scouted from the air.

As he traveled deeper into the ridge he spied an earthen-pelted yearling. He could tell the other was a pack wolf but he was unfamiliar with the pack. The stranger seemed to be digging at something and Nelu headed over to investigate. "Good afternoon, are you hunting for fossils too?"
