The clouds are just another language

Mercury made his way to the castle walls, and trotted behind the parapet. The stone of the allure clicked beneath his claws. That, and the wind, and the occasional caw of a bird in the distance was all the sound to be heard. 

He picked a place with a good vantage of the approaching clouds, and watched them for a moment. Yes, they would do just fine. As a wolf who'd spent time as a sailor, he knew his clouds well. Tipping back his head, he broke the silence to let out a summoning call. Announcing his desire to start a lesson. He wished to share his knowledge of storms and how to read the sky with any who wished to listen.
