A grin spread slow across Vanta's face as her father offered not just his blessing, but his support. Offering resources, materials, even wolves if she saw fit. She pushed to her feet, weaved through the dishes, and fell happily into her father's chest. "I can't say how much your support means to me." She murmured. "Of course I'll stay a while. At least until I figure out my next move."

Nestled into her father's chest, Vanta felt safe. Like she could conquer anything with him by her side. Tilting her head to look up at him, she ventured a question. "It's going to be hard. There's so little territory left to claim, so little room for packs left on this continent. I'm scared I'm going to have to fight for it, Dad."
