Widen your stance, spreading your legs out so that they are directly below your shoulders and hips like this. Let your weight become centered across them, and attempt to have it even across your body. Keeping your weight distributed as you move or brace yourself for an attack helps with your balance, and prevents you from being toppled over so easily.” Beauregard explained. He was confident Billy would pick up on the lesson easily. She was a sharp kid.
