All grown up

He boomed a laugh at her words, amused as he patted at her paw with one arm, and wrapped the other around her a little tighter. “If only we could all be so lucky” He agreed softly. “Huh!” he said, equally amused by what she said next, but then... “Well…” He said, and sighed. But perhaps words for another time. Right now, he still wanted to talk about Vanta and her future. Not his concerns about his own.

He let her pull away, and looked down at her crystal face. He raised a brow and then inclined his head lightly. “Of course, if you want to take down your old man. Just go easy on me, I don’t heal like I used to” He teased. He was mostly kidding, he would want her to have a real taste of a battle and see if she felt prepared. Better to ensure she was, then to let leave thinking something that wasn’t.
