RAID!

Sleep was a fickle thing and even with the tap of rain outside his den it was still hard to come by. He had only just begun to drift in and out of sleep when he heard his sister's howl that jolted him awake with a gasp. By the sound of it he didn't think it was too much of a dire situation, but his own misgivings and assumptions of how these things go always made him think the worst so he was immediately scrambling to his paws, rubbing the exhaustion from his eyes while Copper climbed up his foreleg and onto his shoulders. He had recently made his own den away from the falls, picking a secluded place among the foliage near the creek, so it took a few moments of hard running to reach where the fighting had kicked off in full force. So it was a raid after all.
In the dim light it was difficult to make out who was fighting who–something made even more difficult by his own inexperience. The only figure that was easily identifiable in all of it was Saga's large form so he bounded around the fringes of the fighting to where she was standing. At the very least while he was waiting to find a point where he could jump in he'd be near a friendly face. He hunkered down into a more defendable position while keeping his eyes peeled for any more attackers that might appear from the shadows.
