Calista’s voice invaded his ears and swirled the very walls of his mind. Silencing whatever thoughts that once lingered there. He didn’t quite know if it were the way of words she spoke from her sultry tone. But, it caused him brief pause. Eyes of crimson blood staring unblinking into the darkness ahead.
