Wounds had been treated. Despite their failure Tanelan thought many of their member could agree they had defended for all that they were worth. Perhaps they should speak to Beau about some joint training and ask Ethne for a few paws to help. They couldn’t deny feeling… vulnerable. Especially with their young litter, after the raid. Yet as the sun rose and the healing wolves readjusted to their lives they decided to touch base.

Tanelans call was not urgent, but more inviting than anything. Even their young ones would be welcome.
