He sat beside Bellamy's ow passed out body. His let his shoulders sag finally. Bell's companions wouldn't tell anyone except Bells he figured about how tired and old he looked in the moment. His head hung as he closed his eyes. Alot had happened to Bellamy, and he couldn't blame her. His ears pressed as he listened to what her companions told him.

Lucy was going to hate him, and Bells was going to likely be furious that he had had the audacity to knock her out. He didn't see another way though. He gave a sigh before he moved his eyes to the shoulder wound and then to the devil and badger. Her wound needed cleaned but he wasn't very clean himself right now. He would have to hoist Bells and get her to Lucy before he did anything else now. He wouldn't leave bells here that was for certain.

He sighed as the companion asked the one thing that he had an answer for but knew no one was bound to like it. "The truth.... that we both promised to kill the other if we slipped beyond recovery. Its going to piss Lucy off that i even had made such a promise. And Haydee might strip me of rank and of my place here..... If she does you two promise you will find me if she gets to that point. I don't expect you to not defend her from me, but I expect you to understand that I'm not doing this out of hatred, I care for her and her Family is mine. I respect no one more than I respect Bellamy. She wanted me to keep them all safe, regardless of what it costs me in the end." But what if he failed? The thought had been there before. He had never bested Bellamy. She had always been stronger than him. His eyes cut to the devil and badger then. A haunted look behind them. "If I fail, find someone who won't. I don't know if I can kill her. I might hesitate, or lose my own life to her. I've never been able to best her." his words were quieter with his second statement. He hoped they knew someone it wouldn't burden and could beat Bells, but gods he would rather be the one. He would rather it be swift and be a mercy for her when the time came, not slow and cruel. If he had to be the one it would be only from mercy and love that he did it, not from anger or hatred.
