The Warlord and his raiding party made their way across the territories between The Armada and Valta. The day was growing long when they arrived, and there would be little daylight to complete their raid, and hunt before dark. But they would manage.

He had not given Kotori any warning, and he was eager to see the young alpha lead his defences. “There will be no maims today.” He warned his wolves. They were battling friends and family, after all. With that, he shot forward, over the scent markers and into the territory of Valta.
