Rain, Rain, Go Away!

There was alot to explore in the castle. So many passageways and halls and rooms to check out! There was only so far she could go until she got bigger, but today? She was exploring the lower level of the castle while mom and dad were tending to whatever adult duties they had. The young girl bounded her way toward the doorway that led outside, but stopped in her tracks when she noticed how hard it was raining out there. Frowning, she tiptoed to the open door and peeked out, ears flattening at the rumble of thunder overhead. Sighing, she sat down and stared at the rain and all the big puddles it was leaving out there. Was it even safe for her to go out? Mom and dad said to stay inside because they didn't want her to catch a cold or something...she hadn't been outside in a while because of all the rain, and it seemed she wouldn't get that chance today, either. Boo!
