She feels the press of his head against her. That contact, its jarring. Unsettling in a way that she can't describe. Does she enjoy it? Loathe? She can't tell. Her nose wrinkles. A sigh releases, eyes close. His words are raspy, she can hear him laugh as well. Mmm, as tempting as it is to stay, she knows she's overstayed her welcome. She can feel the grips of reality pressing in on her. It was time to move on.

Rolling over and up onto her paws, she hovers over the boy, her face over his. "It is time for me to depart," her voice is husky. Quickly, her muzzle presses downward and to the side so that her lips graze against the side of his muzzle. "Until we meet again," Calliope whispers to the unknown boy, a smirk on her lips before she slips away. Not even a look back, she makes her way toward the sloping walls of the fjord. Finding an easier path up, she leaves.
