Beat down the doors

Companions for the wolves of Boreas were commonplace, though Yorrick still wasn’t used to helping Charlie fight against wolves with them… outside of his father and his companions, anyway. Falling away from the combatants, he had no choice but to focus on the leopard before him and leave Charlie to deal with the small woman.

Charlie manages to hook her, dragging her out from under him but not without some damage to his underbelly. Nothing serious, though it would be a bit of a pain to deal with later when it scabbed up and started itching. For now it was just some stinging - not enough to distract him from the battle. Yet the playfulness of his opponent had the young man grinning, responding in kind to her comment. “We’re a little old to be playing tag, miss!” She was fast, and there was no way he was going to keep up with her as bulky as he was, buuuuut he was going to try and use that in his favor.

Assuming she’d go to try and get to a harder part for him to spin to again, Charlie decided to do a trust fall of sorts. He flung his body towards the smaller woman, allowing himself to lose his balance on purpose. He felt the pain of teeth and claws… but if she didn’t react fast enough he was going to plop down on top of her and pin her beneath him!
