At Corbie’s words, the young boy’s eyes round in surprise and he eagerly barks, “Of course! I want to learn all about taking care of them!” Bouncing up to the alpha, he prepares to walk with her out to where the flock is so that they can give them a check over. Green eyes move over to Corbie as he eagerly asks, “What do we do if they are hurt? Can we help them get better? How do you know what to do?” Head cants to the side as curiosity drives the questions out from him in rapid fire succession. Merlin has wanted to learn about tending the flocks that the pack keeps and here Corbie is, taking him under her metaphorical wing; so, of course he is excited!
