It sure was swampy out here! Marrow roamed along a particularly large mangrove root, her tail waving as she balanced along it. It was a pretty area despite the heat and humidity. As the sun set she could see areas of the mangrove come alive with a soft glow. She'd have had time to admire it more except she saw colorful ripples out of the corner of her eye. Uh oh… she scrambled up the mangrove tree just in time to avoid a snapping set of jaws as a large alligator pulled itself up onto the roots. "What is with these fucking ass lizards!" UGH, she hated these things. Especially the one that tried to bite her while she was just getting a drink. So rude!
