Sid left Jael's side and moved into the stores, picking up this and that. With her little paws full of things, she moved back to the dog lady. "You're gonna love this," Sid told the woman with excitement. It remained to be seen as to whether or not Jael would indeed love this.
Sid lifted a little crock and showed Jael. "If you don't want stitches, then I can use this. It's balsam sap and it's a kind of glue." Rather than stitch up the wound and have to remove stitches later, Sid could just glue the wound shut and put a bandage over it. "Glue or stitches, oh minion of my father?"
