Siduri looked at the water as Iolaire spoke of minerals. She was the only one not submerged in the liquid. Instead she lay on her belly on the edge of the pool where the other three floated about. "I do know about minerals," the girl spoke confidently. "You need minerals to grow and to help you stay strong." Her head gave a little tilt to the side as she contemplated something. "I wonder if my mom didn't get enough minerals and that's why she got sick." Sid shook the thought from her head and looked to Io. "What else do minerals do?
