With the lion gone, Siduri's stomach began to rumble once more. The man's voice pulled her attention back to him and she beamed as he complemented her. Yeah, she was pretty damn brave, wasn't she? The pastel marked lady gave a proud little prance as she moved back towards her lunch.
He asked if she was injured and Siduri laughed, shaking her head."Nope, not hurt. Neither are you." She had looked him over quickly after the lion ran. The good thing about a white coat was that blood showed so easily.
"I'm Siduri," she gave the black and white brute her name. "Thanks for the help. Why do bigger things always want to steal from smaller things?" The pup gave an incredulous huff and shook her head, multi-colored eyes rolling dramatically.
