The thud of paws against packed dirt has Calliope whirling around. Water still drizzles from her jowls as she stares at the bulky figure of the stranger. He stands there, clearly not noticing her, yet. Holding back a moment to assess the situation, Calliope allows her pale gaze to rove over his form, the muscles, the contrast of vibrant against dark, how the bridge of his muzzle is shapely, everything about him screams different. Interesting, indeed. Definitely someone she wants to be closer to.

So closer she went. Doing nothing to hide her approach, she calls out to him from across the arena. "You!" Calliope's voice is raw, maturing in such a way that one might mistake her for an old woman that smoked way too many cigarettes. "Ever been here before?" She stops a good ten feet or so from him, those appendages reaching out from his legs looked like nothing she wanted to mess with, yet. Not until she had a better idea of who he was and how far she could push his buttons.
