Everybody’s looking for something

Elysia felt the pain as Yarra’s hind leg connected with the side of her skull, causing her to smack it against the ground. With a violent hiss she reeled away, her vision blurred and her head screamed with the pain that told her she’d smacked her head to hard on the ground.

Breathing heavily she narrowed her eyes at Yarra. “Well fought Yarra. I can’t wait to do this again” she cooed before turning to leave. The taste of yet another defeat sat heavily on her body.

Her fur bristled at her own failures as she left her cousin to her victory.
