Redrum stood tall as the stranger approached, sizing up the monochromatic woman openly. His eyes, a fiery gold, locked onto her own as she accepted his challenge. With a confident puff of his chest, Redrum nodded in acknowledgment. His muscles tensed with anticipation, eager for the thrill of battle. "Welcome." He replied, his voice carrying the hint of a growl, a youthful tinge of excitement rather than true aggression.

He began to circle her, assessing her stance and demeanor with interest. “Redrum.” He greeted himself, a flash of a grin on his face. Best not to speak too much or his impediment would destroy the intelligibility. Just as soon as he finished speaking, Redrum's tail lashed eagerly behind him, limbs setting into a defensive stance. He awaited her own response for a moment, before he lunged without warning. The vermillion boy aimed to crash his shoulder into her own, trying to take advantage of his larger size. In the same motion he snapped his jaws, trying to make purchases wherever he could – hopefully her scruff.
